Orders and Returns
Orders are placed through our secure checkout system and all payment information is securely vaulted with our trusted merchant, Authorize.net. Please know that we will not ever see your payment information, only whether or not it was accepted or declined.
If you notice that any of your products arrived defective or damaged, please contact us as quickly as possible so we can verify the purchase and send a replacement. Please include a photo of the damaged item.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If eligible for a refund, all products must be returned in their original packaging within 7 days of your request.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund (minus return shipping) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If for some reason you haven’t received a refund and you believe you should have, please contact your credit card company or bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you still have not received your refund after verifying with your credit card company or bank, please contact us at email@example.com so we can make it right.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please understand that the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
